Salary $104, 634 + Superannuation + Allowances

14/7 roster FIFO/DIDO from Perth

The Role

As our Pastry Chef, you’ll be responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality desserts and baked goods in a bulk cooking environment. You’ll take pride in presentation, flavour and efficiency while working as part of a supportive, close-knit kitchen team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing crib cakes, hot desserts, cold desserts, slices, mousses and jellies for daily service
Baking fresh breads including bread rolls, focaccias and baguettes
Ensuring all products meet food safety and quality standards
Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

The Person

Must have full working rights in Australia
Must hold a patisserie certificate from Australia
Must have a sound knowledge of food safety standards
Must be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
