We are looking for an experienced, driven Chef to join our team on full-time basis at our restaurant located on Little Malop Street in Geelong.

Successful candidate will have a minimum Cert 4 in Commercial Cookery and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Duties include:

Preparing and cooking food according to restaurant recipes and specifications
Assisting with food preparation, portioning, freezing and storing food appropriately
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Following kitchen procedures and assisting with stock rotation to ensure freshness of ingredients
Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries from suppliers
Supporting the kitchen team during food service periods
Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas
Assisting with basic stock control and minimising food waste

Pay: From $74,000.00 per year
