Join a dynamic and diverse clinical environment within the Central Outpatient Department at Canberra Hospital, part of the Division of Cancer and Ambulatory Support. This busy and multidisciplinary service delivers high-quality, clinic-based care across a broad range of medical and surgical specialties, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside expert teams in areas such as neurology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, orthopaedics, and more.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will take on a rewarding leadership role that blends clinical expertise with operational management. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will guide and support a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centred care while overseeing the day-to-day coordination of services.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders, ensuring that clinical standards, policies, and processes are upheld. With responsibility for both service delivery and governance, you will contribute to strategic direction, maintain accountability for clinical excellence, and support effective resource management.
