Graduate Solicitor – Property & Commercial Law

About Us
Drakos & Company Solicitors is a growing boutique law firm with over 40 years of history in the local community. Based in West End, we have a focus on commercial leasing, business transactions, conveyancing / property law and wills & estates.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate graduate solicitor to join our commercial / property team. This role offers:

Hands-on learning through collaboration with our Principals and other solicitors.
Exposure to a wide range of matters including commercial leasing, business transactions, and conveyancing.
Great levels of oversight and guidance to help your professional skills flourish, growing into a largely autonomous role.
Competitive remuneration with bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

Assist with drafting and negotiating commercial leases, sales contracts, and related documents
Conduct property conveyancing for residential and commercial clients
Support due diligence, title investigations, regulatory research, and compliance
Contribute to business transaction matters, acquisitions, and client advisory
Work closely with the principals across transactions and client-facing aspects

What We’re Looking For

A law graduate admitted in QLD;
An analytical and questioning mind with a passion for property / business / commercial law;
A willingness to listen and receive constructive feedback so that you can grow your skill base;
Open, strong communication skills;
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow professionally;
Strong skills with Microsoft Office.
