Description:
Not every HSEQ role gives you the opportunity to genuinely influence outcomes on complex, high-risk projects.
At Liberty Industrial, we don’t just manage projects, we deliver some of Australia’s largest and most complex demolition, decommissioning, remediation and industrial shutdown works. This is an opportunity to be part of a team delivering real operational outcomes on a major industrial project where your experience, presence and leadership will make a difference.
If you are someone who enjoys being in the field, building strong relationships with crews, influencing safe behaviours and partnering with operations to get the job done safely, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Why Join Liberty Industrial?
This is more than a standard FIFO HSEQ role. You’ll join a business known for delivering complex, challenging projects while building a reputation for operational excellence and innovation.

The Opportunity
This is a highly visible, site-based role where you’ll partner closely with operational teams to drive practical and fit-for-purpose HSEQ outcomes across a major industrial project.

Your day may include:
- Building strong working relationships with crews, supervisors and subcontractors on site
- Supporting a proactive, practical safety culture through coaching and visible leadership
- Conducting field interactions, observations, inspections and audits
- Leading or supporting incident investigations and corrective actions
- Assisting with compliance activities, risk assessments and permit requirements
