About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Computer Network & Systems Engineer to join our growing technical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting, developing, and maintaining network infrastructure and systems critical to telecommunications operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analysing, developing, interpreting, and evaluating complex system designs, architecture specifications, data models, and diagrams for computer system integration
Researching, analysing, evaluating, and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations, hardware, software, communication systems, and operating systems
Providing specialist technical support and troubleshooting for network issues and emergencies
Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and administering networks, servers, databases, software applications, and workstations
Providing network programming support aligned with business and operational requirements
Preparing and maintaining technical procedures, network documentation, inventory records, and fault resolution reports
Monitoring network traffic, capacity, activity, and performance to maintain integrity and operational efficiency

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Computer Network & Systems Engineering or similar role
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, and troubleshooting
Experience with fibre networks, telecommunications infrastructure, or ICT environments will be highly regarded
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline preferred
