Full Job Description

My GP North Lakes is a mixed‑billing general practice committed to providing comprehensive, patient‑centred care to families in the North Lakes community. We offer a broad range of services including women’s health, men’s health, children’s health, preventive health checks, minor procedures, mental health care, chronic disease management, allied health, and more.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, supportive team environment, modern facilities, and the opportunity to grow professionally in a well‑respected clinic.

The GP nurse role contributes to comprehensive care within the general practice environment, supporting the general Practitioners. The key responsibilities are:

· Conduct health Assessments and observations

· Assist with care plans

· Administer and manage immunisations

· Maintain vaccine cold-chain management

· Manage infection prevention and process

· Perform wound care and dressings

· Conduct ECGS and spirometry

· Manage recall and reminders

· Preparation for biopsy and excisions

Essential:

· Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

· Best practice software experience

· Previous experience in general practice

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
