We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is more than just task-focused — someone who is motivated, organised, innovative and passionate about supporting doctors, patients and the wider practice team.
This role would suit an RN who enjoys working in General Practice, likes improving systems, and wants to be part of a growing medical group where nurses play an important role in patient care, chronic disease management, preventative health and practitioner support.
About the role
You will work closely with our GPs and practice team to support high-quality patient care across a busy, modern general practice environment.
Your role may include:
✅ Supporting doctors with care plans, health assessments and chronic disease management
✅ Assisting with preventative health initiatives and recalls
✅ Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry and general treatment room duties
✅ Helping improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes
✅ Supporting practitioners to work efficiently and deliver excellent care
✅ Contributing ideas to help grow services within the practice
We are looking for someone who is:
✅ AHPRA registered as a Registered Nurse
✅ Experienced in General Practice or keen to grow in this area
✅ Proactive, organised and reliable
✅ Confident communicating with patients, doctors and the wider team
✅ Interested in quality improvement and better ways of working
✅ Supportive of practitioners and practice goals
✅ Willing to learn, take initiative and be part of a growing healthcare team
