About the Team & Office

Join a high-performing team based in Perth or Adelaide passionate about all things creative writing! Our newest Creative Writer will play a vital role in the development of creative ideas and solutions for our clients.

A day in the life?

As a Creative Writer, you’ll bring audio campaigns to life with high-quality, engaging commercial content. You’ll:

Write compelling advertising scripts and bring a genuine passion for audio production to on‑air client campaigns
Collaborate on ideation, writing, and production of audio commercials, including voiceover casting ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations.
Proactively generate fresh ideas, push creative boundaries, and elevate client-supplied briefs
Liaise with sales, content teams, and clients throughout the production process, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and agencies.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies like 3D audio and podcasting and proactively educate internal teams and the market on creative effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

1+ years’ experience in successful copywriting or creative writing (audio writing advantageous)
Award School qualification highly regarded
Solid understanding of relevant rules and regulations with confident use of computer systems and digital tools
Excellent organisation and time management skills with a passion for new technology
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to think creatively and take initiative, elevating concepts beyond the original brief
Self‑motivated able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Flexible and professional approach to incorporating feedback from clients, sales and internal stakeholders
