We need to build the company around our next product release and fill a key Full-Time role that is based on a technical development and release roadmap that extends over several years.

This role is crucial to taking a new and exciting privacy-by-design platform to a global market.

THE ROLE

As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will take ownership and lead a strictly results-driven social media strategy that distinctly elevates and broadens our global brand awareness and product take-up. You will be playing a pivotal role in our company by driving our brand’s global awareness and engaging with our target customer base.

The role requires someone who is not only dynamic and highly creative but is confident enough to take full responsibility for creation and delivery of our content and publication campaigns.

It’s important to note we are launching into a new, global market with low market presence so its important to appreciate the need to generate new creative content into new market footprints. Key attributes of the Social Media and Content Manager role include:

Go-To-Market Leadership: Work with and further develop our global Go-To-Market strategic plan with the deliberate intention of growing our brand awareness and customer bases.

Content Creation and SEO: Take responsibility for full creation of content and publication of all social media content and campaigns with a focus on SEO optimisation, as well as all marketing collaterals and creative assets (literature, SM Content, presentations, website content).

Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain ongoing content performance and engagement analytics reporting. Track KPI’s and adjust/optimise strategies based on the data.

Update and Maintain: Social media platforms such as Meta, Company Websites in WordPress, LinkedIn and grow others such as X, YouTube etc

IS THIS YOU?

· Looking for a full creative ownership role where you think and act in creative autonomous ways.

· Min 2+ years proven experience of managing social media platforms including Websites, LinkedIn, and Google – Mandatory req.

· Tertiary degree in marketing, communications, or closely related field. – Mandatory req.

· Knowledge and experience in creating content including image selections and editing – Mandatory req.

· Creative lateral thinker on content for a global market.

· Analytical mindset.

· Great communication skills.

· Experience in WordPress or other related web apps/software.
