About the Role
You will manage daily rate decisions, seasonal pricing, competitor benchmarking, OTA promotions and RMS mapping across several 3‑ and 4‑star hotels.
You will also support marketing activities including social media campaigns, EDMs and database engagement.
This role suits someone who thrives on constant optimisation, understands hotel seasonality, and knows how to drive revenue through both rate strategy and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Rate Management
- Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies across multiple properties
- Monitor competitor sets, market demand, seasonality and local events
- Adjust rates daily to maximise occupancy and ADR
- Manage rate plans, restrictions, stop‑sells and promotions
- Maintain accurate mapping and channel connectivity in RMS
OTA & Distribution Management
- Manage OTA relationships (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.)
- Set up and monitor OTA promotions, packages and visibility boosters
- Ensure OTA content, photos and descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Monitor parity, ranking performance and conversion metrics
Marketing & BDM
- Create and schedule social media content
- Manage email marketing to our guest database
- Support property‑level marketing initiatives
- Assist with website updates and direct‑booking strategies
- Analyse campaign performance and report results
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports
- Track KPIs: ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, channel mix, campaign ROI
- Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management, BDM, or distribution roles
- Strong understanding of rate seasonality, competitor analysis, and yield strategy
- Experience with RMS (RMS Cloud) and Rate Price Genie preferred
- Confident working with OTA extranets and setting up promotions
- Strong digital marketing awareness (social media + email marketing)
- Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
