Full Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end CRM and Power Platform solutions. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical architectures and ensuring successful implementation across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define solution strategy
Drive end-to-end delivery across projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and delivery teams
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures
Oversee integrations with Azure, third-party systems, and enterprise applications
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations
Ensure solution quality, governance, and adherence to best practices
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes

Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Model driven apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Dataverse, integrations, security)
Experience designing and delivering large scale CRM solutions
Proven ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders
Experience in solution design, customization, and integrations (APIs, plugins, workflows)
Knowledge of DevOps, ALM, and CI/CD practices
Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles

Pay: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
