We are seeking an exceptional Residential Aged Care Home Manager to lead our beautiful 155-bed Cheltenham home a standout residence known for its fantastic environment, strong team culture, and commitment to high-quality care.

Competitive salary package of $170,000 – $180,000 per year + Super

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-regarded home where the foundations are strong, the team is engaged, and the culture is something to be proud of.

As Home Manager, you will take accountability for the overall operational, clinical and financial performance of the home.

You will build on an already strong culture, continuing to motivate, develop, and inspire your team while ensuring excellence in care and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in managing a residential aged care home or similar service
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential)
A genuine passion for team culture, leadership and resident outcomes
Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
Sound financial and operational management capability
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
