What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles across Metcash [
Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, success measures and leadership capability
Build and maintain proactive pipelines and network of executive talent across critical capability areas
Provide market insights to shape attraction strategies and EVP positioning
Manage executive search partners where required, ensuring quality, governance and value for money
Contribute to tailored onboarding approaches to accelerate senior leader success

What you’ll bring

Strong experience recruiting executive or senior leadership roles
Strong demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing, pipelining and executive market engagement
Credibility and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
Exceptional stakeholder management within complex organisational structures
Experience managing executive search firms and external partners
Ability to represent and promote an employer brand effectively in the market
