Are you a Performance and Remuneration specialist who has experience managing regulated remuneration? In this highly visible role, reporting to the Head of Performance & Reward, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our CPS511 regulatory requirements and accountability across ING Australia.

From close working relationships with Senior Stakeholders, including Exco and Board and partnership with Line 2 and ING Global, this role offers profile and ownership. What you’ll do
- Manage and maintain the ING requirements around Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) Framework such as CPS511 etc
- Manage key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements, Maps, and Fit & Proper registers
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability
- Provide expert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance
- Provide input to global Performance & Reward strategies as part of ING’s P&R Community of Expertise
- Contribute to further digitising and automating aspects related to rem regulations and governance
What we’re looking for
- FAR, CPS511 experience
- 5+ years’ experience in remuneration, risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities
- Proven experience working with senior executives and boards
- Strong understanding of Financial Services governance and public disclosure requirements
- Global organisation and / or Advanced Compensation program experience ideal
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
