Job Overview:

As a Front of House Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited too;

Supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations
Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable, engaging and progressive work environment
Supporting the team on the floor by welcoming guests, taking orders and ensuring each guest is satisfied
Cash-ups/reconciliations at the end of shift

About YOU:

A minimum of 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a similar role
Available to work 25-30 hours per week
A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Demonstrate a leadership approach and goal driven
Customer focused and passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
