About the role

Reporting to the Area Manager - SA and based at our Mildura branch, you will lead a small team and drive revenue growth, customer retention and market share while delivering strong operational, safety and financial performance. You will set clear safety standards with a focus on compliance, while building team capability through effective people management and problem-solving.

What you will be doing:

Lead and embed a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with systems, legislation, incident management, training and risk controls.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including SOPs, contractor management, quality assurance, maintenance programs and DIFOT performance.
Build team capability through effective leadership, training, performance management and fostering a high‑engagement culture.
Own and drive sales performance, leading from the front with customers, strengthening key relationships and executing the branch sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
Monitor financial performance, controlling costs and taking action to meet budgets, forecasts and profitability targets.
Use data and reporting to track performance, manage KPIs, and communicate operational and safety outcomes.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including process efficiencies, cost reduction and capital enhancements.
