Customer Service Representative

Bowser Bean Café is proudly Australian-owned and family-run, with over 30 years of experience serving regional Victoria and New South Wales. Our mission is simple: to serve and support our communities.

With 35 sites (and growing!), our reputation is built on great coffee, fresh food, and outstanding service. We’re proud of how far we’ve come – but we’re even more excited about where we’re going. That’s where you come in.

The Role - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of Bowser Bean. Every smile, every coffee, and every interaction shapes our customers’ day – and you’ll play a key role in making Bowser Bean worth stopping for.

Your responsibilities will include:

Making great barista coffee
Preparing fresh, quality food products
Provide excellent customer service
Operate the cash register and handle transactions
Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
Supporting daily store operations as required

✔ Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential – we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and have a can-do attitude
