We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Norwest. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, prepared to work in the office full-time, and ready to provide excellent client service.
Your role, your contribution!
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
- Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
- Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests

What you bring to the role
- Experience in a similar administration role is highly regarded
- Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional phone manner and front of house expertise to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
- A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
