Your next opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Perth Metro Concrete team based at Perth Airport. In this highly collaborative role, you'll be helping drive sales growth, manage customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Working closely within our sales team, you'll manage a portfolio of customers, identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and ensure sales activities are coordinated efficiently.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges and achieving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Success in this role can provide a pathway into future Account Management and broader sales opportunities within Boral.

Your day will involve:

Managing and growing an allocated customer portfolio through proactive engagement and relationship building
Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and expand existing relationships
Generating, qualifying and converting inbound enquiries, web leads and COD customers into sales opportunities
Executing outbound calling campaigns and prospecting activities to uncover new business
Preparing quotes, managing opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Building strong relationships with customers while resolving service, quality and account-related enquiries
Maintaining accurate customer, project and opportunity information within Salesforce CRM
Supporting sales administration activities and broader team initiatives

What are we looking for?

Experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support or a similar customer-focused role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving capability, organisation skills and confidence working across multiple systems and applications.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications
A proactive, self-motivated team player who enjoys identifying opportunities and contributing to business growth.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
