Kiosk Supervisor

We’re looking for an energetic, driven person with a very keen eye for detail and problem solving. You must be passionate about sales and driving sales by connecting and engaging with the public.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout with their shopping experience.
Display a strong product knowledge and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain visuals and organise merchandise to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
Execute sales transactions promptly and accurately, utilising our POS system.
Proactively engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster loyalty.
Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and any changes in store policies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Be able to provide phone assistance to other teams so you must be a great at problem solving and thinking outside the box!

Requirements:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally 2 or more years of experience in customer service & sales in a team leader capacity
Passion for providing top-notch customer service
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Available to work evening shift until 11pm Mon - Fri
Ensure a high standard of presentation, cleanliness, and safety compliance is maintained
Drive exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty
Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect The Jerky Co brand

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive attitude
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
✔ Strong organisational and time-management skills
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail/hospitality sales
✔ Commitment to quality, safety and team culture
✔ Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Availability:

This role requires availability Monday to Friday and is an evening shift finishing at 11pm.
