We’re looking for an energetic, driven person with a very keen eye for detail and problem solving. You must be passionate about sales and driving sales by connecting and engaging with the public.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout with their shopping experience.
- Display a strong product knowledge and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain visuals and organise merchandise to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
- Execute sales transactions promptly and accurately, utilising our POS system.
- Proactively engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster loyalty.
- Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and any changes in store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Be able to provide phone assistance to other teams so you must be a great at problem solving and thinking outside the box!
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally 2 or more years of experience in customer service & sales in a team leader capacity
- Passion for providing top-notch customer service
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Available to work evening shift until 11pm Mon - Fri
- Ensure a high standard of presentation, cleanliness, and safety compliance is maintained
- Drive exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect The Jerky Co brand
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive attitude
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
✔ Strong organisational and time-management skills
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail/hospitality sales
✔ Commitment to quality, safety and team culture
✔ Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Availability:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday and is an evening shift finishing at 11pm.
