Northern Star Resources currently has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the team at our Jundee operations working an 8/6 FIFO roster out of Perth, on a permanent & full-time basis. This key role will work to ensure the health and wellbeing of all site-based personnel, through the delivery of professional and high-quality health and medical services.

Here’s what awaits you:

Provide onsite medical care, emergency response, and injury management (including night shift support and pre-employment medicals)
Deliver training and coaching to site personnel and Emergency Response Teams
Support occupational health programs (fit testing, audiometry, vaccinations, exposure monitoring, silica/heavy metals testing)
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and statutory requirements
Drive continuous improvement and promote safe work practices and company standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardise processes, procedures, and equipment
Support audits, reporting, and data analysis to improve health outcomes
Use INX systems for accurate data entry and reporting
Manage onsite medical facilities, assets, and compliance requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need.

Qualifications: Registered Nurse with 3–5 years post-graduate experience (preferably in emergency, primary health care, or remote settings), holding a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, current unrestricted AHPRA registration, immunisation certificate, ALS1 and Drug & Alcohol certification, with desirable qualifications in Health & Safety, Training & Assessment, and Emergency Response.

Experience: With 3+ years’ experience in rural or remote healthcare—ideally within mining—you bring strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills, with exposure to workers’ compensation and injury management highly regarded.
