The Role

Lead the growth, retention, and strategic development of key customers and market segments across our portfolio as a National Key Account Manager.

Working directly with senior customer stakeholders, you'll develop and execute strategic account plans, negotiate commercial agreements, identify new revenue streams, and position Bullivants as a trusted partner across Australia's mining, industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Success in this role will be measured by the strength of your customer relationships, your ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities, and the commercial outcomes you deliver. You'll bring an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership of your portfolio, and confidently influence outcomes both internally and externally. Our portfolio is diverse with clients operating across mining, projects, industry and more. Your category and product knowledge will be crucial for your success in this role.

The Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term customer retention across designated national accounts.
Establish and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of customer priorities, operational challenges, and future business objectives.
Apply industry and product expertise to identify opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and strengthen Bullivants' position as a trusted partner.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, adjacent operations, and targeted market segments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of customer commitments and alignment of strategic objectives.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, account forecasts, and performance reporting.

About you

Demonstrated experience managing customer accounts within the mining, industrial, engineering, construction or related sectors.
Strong industry and product knowledge, with the ability to establish credibility and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Experience building and maintaining influential relationships with senior decision-makers across complex customer environments.
Advanced negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalising on business growth opportunities.
The ability to operate independently, demonstrate sound judgement, and take ownership of outcomes while being a team player.
