Personal Care Support Worker – Wellington NSW (2820)

NurseLink Healthcare is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Support Worker to provide in-home support to a valued client in Wellington, NSW 2820.

Position Details:

Location: Wellington, NSW 2820
Service Type: Personal Care
Frequency: 3 visits per week
Duration: 1 hour per visit

About the Role:
You will provide one-on-one personal care support in the client's home, including:

Assistance with showering and personal hygiene
Providing respectful, person-centred care
Supporting the client's independence and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate documentation as required

About You:

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check (if applicable)
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional approach
