Personal Care Support Worker – Wellington NSW (2820)
NurseLink Healthcare is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Support Worker to provide in-home support to a valued client in Wellington, NSW 2820.
Position Details:
- Location: Wellington, NSW 2820
- Service Type: Personal Care
- Frequency: 3 visits per week
- Duration: 1 hour per visit
About the Role:
You will provide one-on-one personal care support in the client's home, including:
- Assistance with showering and personal hygiene
- Providing respectful, person-centred care
- Supporting the client's independence and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required
About You:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional approach
