Are you ready to make a difference and ignite young minds? At Explorers Wallan our Educators are the heart of our mission, and we’re looking for someone exceptional to join our casual team.

Please note, it is a requirement of this role that you are available for a minimum of 3 days a week with flexibility across 6:30am–6:30pm shifts.

As an Educator with us, you will:

Deliver Excellence: Inspire with our high-quality, Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
Build Connections: Form lasting relationships with children and families, becoming a trusted partner in their early learning journey.
Celebrate Milestones: Share in the joy of a child’s growth, development, and achievements.
Foster Wonder: Create a safe, nurturing space where creativity and curiosity can flourish.

Your Ideal Qualities:

A minimum of two years experience in an Educator position.
ACECQA-approved qualification.
Passion for working with Nursery-aged children.
Commitment to child safety and development.
Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting & completion of the National Child Safety Training
Australian working rights.
