Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in commercial construction, working alongside experienced Project Managers and Contracts Administrators on a diverse range of projects while developing your technical and commercial skills.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with project cost management and procurement processes
Coordinating and maintaining project documentation
Supporting the preparation, negotiation and administration of subcontract packages
Assisting with contract progress claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
Supporting project financial tracking and forecasting
Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
Providing day-to-day project administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Contracts Administrator or similar within commercial construction
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
