The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator to join our growing PPAS team in Melbourne . This role will suit someone who enjoys leading project delivery, building strong client relationships and working across one or more of our priority markets, including airports, buildings, industrial, energy, water and defence.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, bringing strong project management and contract administration capability, excellent attention to detail and clear, confident communication.
As part of a high-performing team, you will also help lead and coach others, supporting the growth of our people while contributing to excellent delivery and trusted client partnerships.

What we’ll like about you
To succeed in this role, we are seeking someone with demonstrated project management and contract administration experience, and a passion for working across multiple markets including airports, buildings, defence, industrial, energy, and water and defence. markets
You will have well-developed project management and contract administration experience and capability, including leadership, procurement, cost control and the management of complex projects in accordance with relevant Australian standards. You will also bring an in-depth understanding of project management principles and a desire to continue progressing professionally in this field.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. You will also bring the confidence and capability to develop new client and stakeholder relationships, strengthen existing relationships, identify and secure new projects, and partner with the team to lead and support bids.
You will enjoy mentoring junior team members, helping shape their growth and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering or another related discipline is required. Certification from the Australian Institute of Project Management, Project Management Institute or Engineering Australia will be highly regarded, along with a positive and tenacious attitude, an ability to make things happen and alignment with our company purpose to “Make everyday better”.
