Our Architecture team is recognised for delivering complex industrial projects including Food and Beverage production facilities, Manufacturing plants, Power and Water infrastructure and Operational centres . As we continue to grow our presence across all our focus markets , we are looking for talented people who are passionate about functional, technically challenging building projects.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Intermediate-level Architect or Architectural Designer to be based in our Melbourne office to play an active role in supporting our Architectural team. In this role, you will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from attending client meetings and assisting with the development and management of project briefs and scope requirements, through to the preparation and coordination of architectural documentation packages including concept design, design development and contract documentation for tender and construction. You will also have opportunities to support and mentor junior team members while working closely with senior architects to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

As projects move into construction, you will be involved in site meetings, reviewing contractor submissions and RFIs, and helping resolve design and construction issues to support successful project delivery.

About You

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a part of our growing Architectural business which spans Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region. We have a team of highly experienced and well- networked architects who are evolving our established business into a fully integrated international design offering.

T o be successful in this role, you will bring an appropriate tertiary qualification, such as a Master's degree in Architectur e ( registration preferred ) and a minimum of 5+ years' experience . You will have experience contributing to architectural projects within multidisciplinary teams and enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. You will also bring e xperience coordinating inputs from other consultants and contributing to projects through both design and documentation phases .

We are looking for someone who is passionate about architecture and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. You will have strong planning, organi s ational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage workloads to agreed timeframes and budgets, while balancing competing project priorities. You will be comfortable working independently when required while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Key attributes and skills include:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an interest in report-writing

Proven proficiency in Revit and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Knowledge of construction technology, building detailing, and the application of the National Construction Code.

Experience supporting, mentoring, or delegating tasks to junior team members.

A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and project teams.
