Competitive hourly rates from $35 to $46 + super and penalties

Paid induction training with supported shadow shifts to set you up for success

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred support to clients in their own homes and during community access across Victor Harbor, Murray Bridge, Goolwa, Encounter Bay, and surrounding areas.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation, while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to clients in their own homes and within the community
Assist clients with personal care, daily living activities, mobility support and manual handling where required
Support clients to maintain their independence and participate in community activities that align with their individual goals
Complete accurate documentation, progress notes and required reporting in line with service requirements
Adapt to changing support needs while responding professionally and respectfully in all situations

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold a valid P2 or Open Driver's Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle
Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills
Be comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support
Be flexible and available to work a range of weekday and weekend shifts, including shorter 2–4 hour support visits.
