About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred support to clients in their own homes and during community access across Victor Harbor, Murray Bridge, Goolwa, Encounter Bay, and surrounding areas.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation, while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to clients in their own homes and within the community
- Assist clients with personal care, daily living activities, mobility support and manual handling where required
- Support clients to maintain their independence and participate in community activities that align with their individual goals
- Complete accurate documentation, progress notes and required reporting in line with service requirements
- Adapt to changing support needs while responding professionally and respectfully in all situations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a valid P2 or Open Driver's Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle
- Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills
- Be comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support
- Be flexible and available to work a range of weekday and weekend shifts, including shorter 2–4 hour support visits.
