By securing these roles, you will be joining a best-in-class operator which will teach you skills you can't learn in the classroom!

About the Role

Lead and manage your designated section, ensuring the consistent delivery of premium quality dishes
Execute dishes with precision, maintaining exceptional quality, presentation, and portion control during service.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and senior team to uphold the restaurant’s culinary vision and operational excellence.
Supervise and support junior team members within your section, fostering efficiency, communication, and professional growth.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and WH&S standards while ensuring a clean, organised, and high-performing workstation.

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant Qualifications: A formal qualification in Commercial Cookery is essential, with a strong foundation in kitchen fundamentals.
Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie in a premium or fine dining restaurant.
Safety & Hygiene Mastery: A solid understanding and strict adherence to WH&S regulations, with the ability to maintain and enforce the highest standards of kitchen safety and cleanliness.
Passion for Excellence: A dedication to producing exceptional dishes, a creative mindset, and a desire to continually improve both individual and team performance.
