Full Job Description

Caring Hands is a registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

At Caring Hands, we are committed to provide services for the people with disabilities and their families to reach their goals and quality of life of providing them with care and support through choice and control.

Your New Role:

Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
Personal Care: experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
Client Awareness: building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
Safety Practices: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements:

Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Working with Children Check
Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Sunday

We welcome applicants that have experience and/or a qualification as a

Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
Community Services worker
Bachelor of Nursing Students
