What your day could look like

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across our hospital, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patients, families and colleagues when it matters most.

Every day, you'll contribute by:
Leading comprehensive assessments and care plans that lift patient outcomes.
Partnering with doctors and allied health to coordinate safe, timely care.
Guiding and supporting ENs/AINs through effective delegation and mentoring.
Driving quality, safety and flow- contributing to audits, improvements and, at times, shift coordination.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and recent acute clinical practice.
Skilled communicator who collaborates across disciplines and with consumers.
Sound knowledge of clinical governance and national safety standards.
Confidence to mentor others and delegate within scope to deliver safe care.

You'll stand out with regional or rural experience and/or postgraduate study relevant to your practice.
