As a Clinical Nurse - Public Medicine, you'll play an important role in improving health outcomes for people across the community. From delivering expert nursing care and health education to supporting prevention, treatment and long-term wellbeing, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to help people access the right care at the right time.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering advanced, evidence-based nursing care that supports positive health outcomes for individuals with diverse and often complex health needs.
Building trusted relationships with patients, families and partner services to encourage engagement, education and ongoing care.
Coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, seamless and person-centred service delivery.
Contributing to quality improvement, mentoring colleagues and helping strengthen clinical practice across the service.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Strong clinical assessment, care coordination and evidence-based decision-making skills.
Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contributing to safe, high-quality care.
A proactive approach to leadership, mentoring, continuous improvement and professional development.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study relevant to nursing practice and experience working across community, public health or chronic disease-focused services.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction, helping deliver outstanding care and stronger outcomes for the community.
