Full Job Description

Bright Horizon Care is a growing NDIS provider supporting participants across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. We are seeking an experienced and organised Rostering Coordinator to join our team in a Permanent Part-Time position.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day rostering and ensuring participant supports are staffed appropriately at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage staff rosters in ShiftCare
Fill vacant shifts and coordinate replacements
Manage staff availability and leave requests
Respond to roster changes and unplanned absences
Communicate roster updates with staff and clients
Monitor roster compliance and SCHADS Award requirements
Maintain accurate workforce and roster records

About You

Previous rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination experience
Knowledge of the NDIS and SCHADS Award is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident working independently and solving problems

Desirable

Experience in disability, aged care, community services or health
Experience using ShiftCare or similar rostering software
