Bright Horizon Care is a growing NDIS provider supporting participants across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. We are seeking an experienced and organised Rostering Coordinator to join our team in a Permanent Part-Time position.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day rostering and ensuring participant supports are staffed appropriately at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff rosters in ShiftCare
- Fill vacant shifts and coordinate replacements
- Manage staff availability and leave requests
- Respond to roster changes and unplanned absences
- Communicate roster updates with staff and clients
- Monitor roster compliance and SCHADS Award requirements
- Maintain accurate workforce and roster records
About You
- Previous rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination experience
- Knowledge of the NDIS and SCHADS Award is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working independently and solving problems
Desirable
- Experience in disability, aged care, community services or health
- Experience using ShiftCare or similar rostering software
