Working with industry-leading agricultural machinery, including New Holland tractors and headers, you’ll enjoy a role that offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact in the local farming community.

From routine servicing and repairs to pre-deliveries and on-farm breakdowns, every day brings a new challenge. You’ll play a key role in keeping machinery running at its best and supporting local farmers when they need it most.

Temora Truck & Tractor is part of the AEH Group – (Agricultural Equipment Holdings), a network of agricultural machinery dealerships across Australia committed to excellence in products and service. What you’ll be doing:

Servicing, repairing and pre-delivering industry-leading agricultural machinery.
Diagnosing and fixing a wide range of equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
Mentoring and motivating apprentices – sharing your knowledge and building a strong team culture.
Taking part in on-site jobs and after-hours callouts.

About You:

Hold a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification, or willingness to acquire.
Current forklift license preferred.
Possess a current driver’s license.
Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach.
Excellent work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Well-presented and customer-focused.
