We’re looking for a motivated and organised Service Administration Officer to join our team at Temora Truck & Tractor.
This is a hands-on administration role where you’ll be at the centre of our Service Department, helping coordinate customer bookings, manage service orders and ensure every job is accurately tracked from start to finish.
You’ll work closely with customers, technicians and the wider service team to keep bookings organised, technician time and job notes up to date, and all labour, parts and external service costs accurately recorded.

The Opportunity:
- Open Service Orders (SOs) in ERP for every job — linking the correct customer, unit and technician
- Maintain labour times in ERP — update flat rates and standard times as required
- Record technician clock-on and clock-off against service orders (SO Clocking)
- Enter paper timecards and technician stories/job notes into service orders
- Review and manage all cost lines on each service order — labour, parts, sublet and sundry
- Organise sublet purchases — source and raise POs for external labour and services as required
- Finalise all cost lines and confirm labour and parts before close-out
About You:
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Understand the significance of providing top-notch customer service.
- Have strong phone communication skills.
