At Doltone Hospitality Group, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Administrator to join our Head Office team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent HR graduate or someone starting their HR career who is eager to learn, develop practical skills and gain exposure across all areas of Human Resources.
Working alongside our experienced Chief Human Resources Officer and HR team, you willl receive hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to HR administration, employee engagement, compliance and HR projects. No two days are the same, making this the ideal role for someone who loves variety and wants to build a long-term career in HR.

As our HR Administrator, you will support the HR team across a wide range of activities, including:

Supporting the CHRO and HR team with day-to-day HR administration and people operations.

Assisting with coordinating recruitment activities, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, preparing employment contracts and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.

Managing onboarding and induction for new team members, ensuring every employee has a positive first-day experience.

Assisting with offboarding, including exit documentation, interviews and company asset returns.

Maintaining employee records, HR systems, policies and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Providing HR administrative support, including inbox management and reporting.

Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, internal communications and team events.

Supporting HR Business Partners on a variety of HR projects and people initiatives across our Head Office and venue teams.

Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
We're looking for someone who is excited to build a career in HR and enjoys working in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
You will bring:

A recent tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Previous administration, customer service or internship experience (HR experience is advantageous but not essential).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems is a bonus but not essential.
