We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team at our North Ryde Support Centre. If you love variety, enjoy supporting people and take pride in delivering exceptional administration, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a key role in supporting our People & Culture team by delivering accurate and efficient HR administration across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding new team members to maintaining HR systems, supporting reporting and coordinating employee initiatives, you'll help ensure our people have a seamless experience every step of the way.
No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with legislation and company policies.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity
- Preparing employment documentation and processing employee changes
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee enquiries
- Supporting induction, probation and exit processes
- Assisting with HR reporting, workforce metrics and compliance activities
- Coordinating reward and recognition programs, service milestones and employee events
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining People & Culture policies, procedures and documentation
- Assisting the wider People & Culture team with administrative support across the business.
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and genuinely enjoys supporting people.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or People & Culture support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience maintaining confidential employee information
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Exposure to HRIS systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A HR qualification (or currently studying) will be highly regarded
- A sound understanding of Fair Work, Awards and employment legislation will be advantageous.
