Administration Officer - Receptionist - Incoming sales - Recivables - sales

No Experience Necessary

Required 5 days a week

We are looking for someone who is fun, vibrant with a very happy clear and positive phone manner to join our team.

Experience is not necessary - but will help if you understand computers and programs such as excel.

Excellent clear phone manner as you will be speaking on the phone to customers.

Part time hours Monday to Friday (9:00am to 4:00pm available)

Part time hours Monday to Friday ( 11:00am to 4:00pm available)

Part time hours Monday to Friday ( 10:00am to 4:00pm available)

Full time hours available as well

Hours are flexible - let us know what hours suit you, But ideally we would like someone to be available till 4pm

We have a position available for someone energetic and keen to learn and grow with our team.

You will be responsible for:

Answering questions about the company by phone or email
Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
Taking Orders
Data Entry
Book keeping
Recivables
Sales
Traceability
Rosters
Wages
Debt collecting
Greeting visitors at the reception area
Scheduling meetings and taking notes
Updating computer records
Maintaining office correspondences
Printing and photocopying paperwork
Invoicing printing Invoices and delivery dockets
Purchasing, creating purchase orders
Receiving, creating receiving dockets
Creating stock records
Sales calls and emails
Follow up emails
Problem solving
Raising Purchase orders

This is a job that will involve moving around and checking stock and then entering data.

Flexible with hours for the right candidate ( Please let us know what hours you can work)

Days: Monday to Friday ( No weekends) ( or a few days if this suits you)

Location: Padstow ( NSW)

Any back ground experience would be an advantage.

Training will be on the job as you progress.

Must be able to speak clear English and communicate over the phone well- clearly with a loud communicating voice.
Excellent computer skills is an advantage in Word, Excel, Data entry.
Must be able to work individually and complete task in full.
Own transport is an advantage as there is limited public transport.
Long Term position on offer.
Must be Self Motivated.
Great Family Environment
Must be able to work with Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken and Vegetables ( Tasting).
Advantage if you reside locally

We are looking for someone who is available five days a week or a few days a week and can commit to a long term job, ideally someone local

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
