Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and resolving faults for AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, control systems, and displays.
Back filling On-Site Technicians providing first-line support when required.
Conducting Preventative Maintenance calls to ensure optimal performance.
Providing technical advice and recommending solutions for AV/UC related issues.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues.
Configuring AV and UC systems as required.
Building positive client relationships through clear, professional communication.
Producing accurate service reports and maintaining good ticket records of work completed.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance.
AV experience with audio, video and control systems.
Familiarity with AV platforms and tools (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams, Cisco Webex).
Knowledge of video conferencing systems and networking principles (LAN/WAN).
Experience in fault-finding, reading AV schematics, and working with DSPs.
Strong PC skills including O365 and MS Teams.
A current Construction White Card and valid Driver’s Licence.
Industry certifications and accreditations (preferred).
Proactive, organised and proven reliability as a part of a team with excellent communication skills.
