TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Altona North VIC, 3025

Service Specific: Dedicated shared space, wonderful community with a regular group of reliable educators. Very small service, opportunity to work on building numbers!

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
BSC: 7am-9am
ASC: 2.45pm-6pm
Admin: 2
Total hours: 28.25

The Role - Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact!
As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
