About Us

NPS Solutions is a growing business committed to delivering professional, reliable and customer-focused security services. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Admin Assistant to join our team on a casual part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate data entry and maintenance of company records
Liaising professionally with customers and suppliers
Supporting the Operations and Bookkeeping teams with daily administrative tasks
Preparing correspondence and maintaining documentation
Managing emails, filing and office records
General administration and office duties
Assisting with scheduling, reporting and other administrative tasks as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar administration role
Working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A professional, friendly and proactive attitude
The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
