NPS Solutions is a growing business committed to delivering professional, reliable and customer-focused security services. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Admin Assistant to join our team on a casual part-time basis (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of company records
- Liaising professionally with customers and suppliers
- Supporting the Operations and Bookkeeping teams with daily administrative tasks
- Preparing correspondence and maintaining documentation
- Managing emails, filing and office records
- General administration and office duties
- Assisting with scheduling, reporting and other administrative tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar administration role
- Working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A professional, friendly and proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
