We're looking for a Communications & Campaign Lead to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping and delivering integrated communications and campaigns across our business, working within the broader strategy led by the Marketing Manager.

This is a highly visible role that works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to bring Connective's brand, products, services and initiatives to life through compelling storytelling, impactful campaigns and engaging communications.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Brand, Communications & Content, you'll lead the development and execution of integrated communications and marketing campaigns that support Connective's strategic priorities, product launches, partnerships, events, internal initiatives and brand objectives.

You'll act as a central communications leader across the business, ensuring messaging is clear, audience-focused, commercially effective and consistently delivered across email, web, social media, PR, events, internal communications and digital channels.

What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver integrated communications and campaign strategies aligned to business goals.
Lead major campaigns across products, partnerships, events, member engagement and brand initiatives.
Create compelling narratives, messaging frameworks and communication plans.
Write and oversee high-quality content including EDMs, executive communications, thought leadership, blogs, presentations, media releases and campaign materials.
Partner with executives and key stakeholders to deliver strategic communications and organisational change initiatives.
Manage Connective's internal communications approach to engage and connect employees with business priorities.
Support PR, media engagement, reputation management and thought leadership opportunities.
Use audience insights, performance data and AI-enabled tools to continually improve effectiveness and results.

About you

You'll be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator and confident stakeholder manager who can balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution.

You'll bring:

Significant experience in communications, campaign management, content marketing or corporate communications.
Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling capabilities.
Experience developing and delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience supporting executive communications and organisational change initiatives.
Knowledge of PR, media relations and reputation management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into action.
Experience leading people and developing high-performing teams.
A commercial mindset and focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Confidence using digital platforms, marketing technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.
