We are on the hunt for several well presented Front of House team members to join our friendly and fun-loving team. You will provide an outstanding dining experience to our existing and future guests. We are looking for someone who is proud of their work, thoroughly organised and strives to learn to develop their own skills and contribute to the team.

To be successful in this role you should be outgoing, personable, and have a passion for hospitality.

We strive to create a relaxed but professional vibe within our restaurant and are looking for someone that will thrive in this environment.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated staff to work across our venues including Bar Staff, Wait Staff and Food Runner with the following abilities:

Proven ability to deliver high quality service, with a passion for your craft
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills
A willingness to learn, grow and go above and beyond to deliver enjoyable experiences for our guests
Proven ability to lead by example
One who love to work as a Team

Requirements:

Flexibility to work a varied roster- including weekends & holidays
Proven experience in a similar position
Professional presentation and strong focus on customer service
Impeccable verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Be reliable and possess the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Capacity to help other team members learn
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure working in a high volume and fast paced environment
Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances
Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurants operations, as needed
