Are you a highly organised administrator looking to support Executive-level decision making? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

About the Opportunity

As Executive Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive team, helping them achieve their objectives in a timely, efficient and professional manner. You will be a key point of contact for LHD Executives, facility staff, health professionals, consumers and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Manage telephone enquiries and support incoming and external communications, using appropriate tracking methods to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain corporate records – creating, storing, retrieving and archiving files to ensure the safe storage of information.
Prepare and maintain daily meeting papers for the Chief Executive.
Manage travel requirements, including bookings for the Chief Executive and Board members.
Complete end-of-month reconciliation of Chief Executive expenses and fleet vehicle documentation.
Use initiative to manage day-to-day operational matters and provide relief to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive as required.

Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with proven high-level ability to use computer applications including the Microsoft Office suite, payroll, procurement and corporate office systems.
Bring strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to function efficiently in a demanding, complex environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
Show a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare correspondence and routine documents within agreed timeframes and with a high level of accuracy.
Have demonstrated experience working within an environment requiring high sensitivity and confidentiality.
Work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a collaborative team.
